Only the court that summoned you can do that. Rules differ between federal courts and each state, and between counties. Our calculators and lookups give estimates based on the public sources named on each page. They can be wrong for your situation, and the underlying rules and data can change. Check the original source and, where it matters, a qualified professional before you act.
